Gina Milani, Principal

Gina Milani is an accomplished integrated marketer and analyst relations professional with a passion for storytelling and content development. Gina specializes in developing successful communications infrastructures for enterprise software companies, including startups, seeking to grow and scale. She leverages her expertise in strategic planning and positioning, with tight project and budget management, to help her clients set and achieve measurable goals.

Gina has achieved outstanding results not only on the Consulting side, but also on the Corporate and PR Agency side. This broad perspective has given her the ability to quickly cut through clutter and produce results as a project manager, strategic planner and tactical implementer. She has over 25 years of combined experience largely in high technology and also has experience working with NGOs and government at the state, local and federal levels.

She stays on top of Marcom trends by actively participating at the board level with the Northern California chapter of the Business Marketing Association and the Public Relations Society of America. Gina is a past chair of the PRSA Independent Practitioners Alliance.

As an extension of this trend monitoring, Gina manages; an online database of Public Relations and Social Media tools. Addressing the issue that time is “the coin of our realm,” the site cuts down the hours it takes her PR and communications peers to find, evaluate, and adopt the tools that will not only help them achieve successes on behalf of their clients, but that will also help them tangibly convey that success to the C-Suite.

Gina holds a B.A. in Advertising from San Jose State University with a concentration in Journalism. She has Minors in both Graphic Design and Political Science, and certificate course in Software Product Management and Investor Relations.
